Although we usually apply for all our students in 2 to 4 member universities which are shortlisted based on the students academic and financial profile, we prefer to keep some sets of documents with us incase the documents are misplaced during transit or at the university's admissions office.

Attestation / True Copied Documents

• Do not send us any original documents.
  
• All documents and true copy stamping should only be in English.
  
• All Transcripts (also called Marksheets) should be attested true copied by university/school officials of the same college or university. It should either be the "Registrar" or "Controller of Examinations" or "Principal". Any other attestation of documents is not acceptable.
  
• All Bank Statements or other financial documents should be attested only by the respective Bank Official.
  
• The affidavit of support (also called certification of finance) document should only be attested by a "Public Notary"
  
• A Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate is required for all.
  
• Graduate applicants.

Graduate (Masters) Student Applicant Documents Required

• EEC Application Form - All students are required to print out (5) EEC Application forms, fill in the same neatly (either typed or in capital letters), sign the application and submit the same along with 5 sets of documents.

• Bank Statement or Certificate - A bank statement showing minimum funds of $25,000 (recommended over $30,000) is required to prove that the student's sponsor has enough funds to fund the education in the United States. This is a mandatory requirement of the US Immigration and Naturalization Service and also of every college or university in the U.S.

Student's sponsors may also sumbit a "Solvency Certificate" in place of a Bank Certificate or Statement.

• Pl. note that every bank or financial institution has its own format, but make sure that if the amount is mentioned in local currency it should have an equivalent US$ conversion alongside.

• Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate - All Graduate applicants are required to submit a attested photocopy of their Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.

If you have not yet graduated and your university does not issue a provisional degree certificate, you could take a letter from the college authorities stating that they expect you to graduate with good grades.

• Photocopy of TOEFL Score sheet is a mandatory requirment, if you have or have not appeared for TOEFL and not yet received the score sheet, go ahead and mail your other documents, and mail us the TOEFL score sheet once it becomes available to you.

• Optional - We recommend if you could include a resume or bio data or curriculum vitae.
